1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines.

For special shipping requests or bulk/wholesale orders, please contact us directly before placing your order.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
  • Luzon: 1–3 business days
  • Visayas: 3-5 days
  • Mindanao: 5-7 days
  • Extended(Remote) Delivery Areas: 7-14 

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and remote area accessibility.

Orders shipped to Extended Delivery Areas may require additional delivery time and higher courier fees depending on accessibility and courier coverage.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Courier rates

Promotional free shipping offers may apply during selected campaigns.

ADDITIONAL ₱30 will be paid from the total upon delivery for COD orders for COD handling fee.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email, SMS, or the courier platform when available.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Haven & Hearth Creations is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses or contact information
  • Failed deliveries caused by unavailable recipients
  • Additional shipping fees resulting from address corrections or re-delivery attempts

7. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work closely with our courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the courier.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the package and item immediately upon receipt.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Keep all packaging materials for investigation purposes.

Claims submitted beyond the stated period may not be accommodated.

9. Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Large or wholesale orders may require:

  • Additional processing time
  • Separate shipping arrangements
  • Custom shipping quotations

Pick-Up Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Effective Date: January 27, 2026

At Haven & Hearth Creations, we strive to ensure fast and efficient order fulfillment for all customer pick-up requests. This Pick-Up Service Level Agreement outlines our standard processing and pick-up timelines.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing times may vary during:
    • Peak seasons
    • Promotional campaigns
    • Holidays
    • High order volume periods

Customers will be notified once their order is ready for pick-up.


2. Pick-Up Schedule

Pick-up availability depends on:

  • Courier booking schedules
  • Warehouse/store operating hours
  • Rider availability
  • Weather and traffic conditions

Same-day pick-up is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.


3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers availing of pick-up services agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and booking details
  • Ensure rider/courier information is correct
  • Coordinate directly with their chosen courier if customer-arranged
  • Claim orders within the agreed schedule

Failure to coordinate properly may result in delays or cancellation of the pick-up request.


4. Courier Delays and Failed Pick-Ups

Haven & Hearth Creations is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier scheduling issues
  • Rider no-shows
  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather disturbances
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Third-party logistics interruptions

If a pick-up attempt fails due to customer or courier issues, rebooking may be required.


5. Package Condition Upon Release

Orders are checked before release to riders or customer representatives.

Once the package has been successfully turned over:

  • Responsibility transfers to the courier/customer representative
  • Any transit-related issues should be coordinated with the courier provider

Customers are encouraged to request proof of pick-up from their rider or courier.


6. Unclaimed Orders

Orders not picked up within the agreed timeframe may:

  • Be canceled
  • Be subject to rebooking fees
  • Require a new pick-up schedule

7. Limitation of Liability

Haven & Hearth Creations shall not be responsible for:

  • Delays beyond our reasonable control
  • Courier mishandling after release
  • Losses caused by incorrect booking details
  • Failed customer-arranged courier bookings
